Whoa! I didn't see this coming, but I'm sure glad it did. "Jasmine in Bloom" made the top 15 finalists in the Fraiser Contest, which is headed up by award winning author Susan May Warren. I couldn't be more excited about this. Especially since it came on the heels of the worst rejection I've ever received for my work. I was so discouraged, I wanted to just throw the whole manuscript out. Seriously, I was thinking perhaps I wasn't a writer after all. I was just kidding myself. This was just the shot of confidence I needed to keep going with my dream. Thank you My Book Therapy for your constant support and encouragement to writers who want to put their best work out there.
